SHIPPING WITHIN KUWAIT

We deliver to all available areas within Kuwait. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on the delivery area and are displayed at checkout before the order is completed. Any available free-shipping promotion will be applied automatically to eligible orders.

All orders are delivered exclusively through our approved shipping partner.

SHIPPING TO GCC AND ARAB COUNTRIES

We ship to the GCC and selected Arab countries available at checkout.

Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipment weight. The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Delivery usually takes 3–12 business days.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM, UNITED STATES, AND CANADA

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Shipping fees are calculated according to the destination and order weight, with the final cost displayed at checkout.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fees paid to the store. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

DELAYS

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
