We want your experience with Follow the Sun to be completely satisfying. If you're not happy with your order, please read the following policy carefully:

All exchanges and returns must be arranged and handled only through our official shipping partner. We do not accept in-person returns or shipments via third-party couriers.

Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and the original shipping bag.
- Exchanges are available for a different size or product (subject to availability).
- The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
- Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- A refund request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order, including photos of the item and the order number.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Once approved, and after the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method (excluding the original delivery fee).
