If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Kuwait Orders

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Cash on Delivery is available within Kuwait.
• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange delivery fees.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging included.
• Requests must be processed through our approved shipping partner only.
• Manual delivery or third-party shipping companies are not accepted.

GCC & International Orders

• Eligibility for returns and exchanges on GCC and international orders varies depending on the shipping destination.
• Please contact us via WhatsApp before completing your purchase to confirm the terms applicable to your destination.
• Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
